2. Bookings and Payments

2.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking with us, you are offering to purchase travel services subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at our discretion.

2.2 Booking Confirmation

A contract between you and CateTS Travel is formed when we send you a booking confirmation. The booking confirmation will include details of your itinerary and the total price.

2.3 Payment

Full payment or a deposit (as specified during the booking process) is required to confirm your booking. If a deposit is paid, the balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation.

2.4 Prices and Taxes

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, taxes, or supplier costs before your booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1 Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the following schedule:

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total booking cost
• 31-60 days before departure: 30% of total booking cost
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost
• 0-14 days before departure: 100% of total booking cost

3.2 Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

3.3 Cancellation or Changes by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or make significant changes to your booking. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:

• Accepting the changes
• Accepting an alternative tour of comparable standard and price, if available
• Receiving a full refund of all monies paid

4. Travel Requirements

4.1 Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates as required for your journey. We are not liable if you are refused entry to a country due to non-compliance with these requirements.

4.2 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and other potential losses. We are not liable for any losses that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CateTS Travel shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any personal injury or property damage related to third-party suppliers
• Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or technical problems

Our liability for proven losses or damages shall be limited to the total cost of your booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software is the property of CateTS Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
